Work with BrightAgent within a Project

Work with Agent in Project.gif

To work with BrightAgent within a specific project in your Workspace:

  1. Click "Projects" on the left side of the platform

  2. Click "Projects" on the list of options deployed

  3. Click the name of the Project you wish to work with

  4. You are going to be directly sent to the "Agent" Tab, you can start a new conversation session or pick up a previous one by clicking the three bars icon on the top-left side of the platform
