View details of all existing Projects

The Project List provides a visual overview of all projects that user and collaborators are engaged in. The Project List can be viewed in Card view (as shown above), or Table view.

In Table view, users can sort and filter by all available information of a Project.

In Card view, users can sort by Status, Owner and Tag.

Project statuses include: 

  • Active: For projects that are currently being worked on and visible across teams

  • Complete: For projects that are fully configured, but not yet shared externally

  • Draft: For projects in planning stages and only shared amongst teams/collaborators as they gain traction

  • Private: Projects are only viewable by the user who created them

  • Published: For projects that are complete and shared externally

  • Archived: Projects are still accessible, but are filtered out of the default Projects lis

To access all the Projects available in your Workspace:

  1. Click "Projects" on the left side of the platform

  2. Click "Projects" on the list of options deployed

In this view, you can access the following information about each Project:

  1. Name

  2. Update date

  3. Status

  4. Number of Input Assets

  5. Number of Created Assets

  6. Organization Owner

  7. Tags

  8. Description

Project details

To view advance details of a particular Project:

  1. Click "Projects" on the left side of the platform

  2. Click "Projects" on the list of options deployed

  3. Click on the name of the Project you wish to review

In this view, you can access the following information about each Project:

  1. Agent

    1. Past sessions

  2. Schemas

    1. Name

    2. Description

    3. Type

    4. Status

    5. Schema owner

    6. Schema manager

    7. Version

    8. PII Types

    9. Creation date

    10. Updated date

    11. Tags

  3. Files

    1. File name

    2. Type

    3. Description

    4. Uploaded by

    5. Date added

    6. Path

  4. Observability (Latest runs, dbt models, and pull requests)

    1. Number of dbt models runs

    2. Success rate of latest runs

    3. Number of failed runs

    4. Number of in flight runs

    5. Last run date

    6. Agent PRs to review

    7. Recent runs
