How to Access the Help Center

The Brighthive Help Center can be accessed directly through the Brighthive platform. All users have access to the Brighthive Help Center.

To access the Help Center, select the "?" icon in the top right corner of your screen. Selecting the link titled "Knowledge Base" will open the home page for all Brighthive user guides in a new tab.

Have feedback to share? Select "Chat with Us" at the bottom of that same window to submit a ticket directly to the Brighthive support team.
