How to Edit Workspace Details

Workspace details in Brighthive can be edited in two places: Workspace Settings and Governance.

Edit in Workspace Settings

Workspace details can be edited in the Settings page of the Brighthive workspace. To update via Settings:

  1. Select the "Settings" button in the top-right corner
  2. Select the "Edit" button to update Workspace Name 
  3. Select the "Edit" button to upload a new Workspace Image

By clicking "Submit" on each row, the customized workspace name and image will appear in the top-left corner of the workspace for all users.

Edit in Policies

Additional workspace details can be edited in the Policies page under Govern. To update details in Policies:

  1. Open the drop down menu under "Govern" in the left-side Navigation bar
  2. Select the "Policies" page
  3. Select the "Edit" button to update Workspace Details
    • Admin users can update the workspace name and description, create workspace goals, and add legal and reference documents.
    • Governance type is established at time of workspace creation, and is not editable.
  4. Once changes have been made, click "Save Changes"

Users can also select the "Policies" tab on the top-left to view and edit workspace-specific policies.
