Access the Help Center

The Brighthive Help Center can be accessed directly through the Brighthive platform. All users have access to the Brighthive Help Center.

To access the Help Center, select the "?" icon in the bottom left corner of your screen. You have the option to access any of the following help channels:

  1. "Help Center". Will open the home page for all Brighthive's support guides in a new tab

  2. "Academic Training Videos". Will open Brigthhive's Youtube channel with instructive videos on how to use the platform

  3. "Start Tour". Will open our End-to-End click-trough tour of the platform

  4. "Chat with Us". Will open a Chat Box to submit a question directly to the Brighthive support team
