Adjust BrightAgent Chat Settings

To adjust the settings of a BrightAgent Chat:

  1. Click "BrightAgent" on the left side of the platform

  2. Click "Chat" on the list of options deployed

  3. Click the settings icon on the top-right corner of the platform

  4. Make the required adjustments on workspace default and this conversation

  5. Confirm the adjustments by clicking "Save"
