Start a new conversation

To work with BrightAgent in a new conversation:

  1. Click "BrightAgent" on the left side of the platform

  2. Click "Chat" on the list of options deployed

  3. Start a new conversation session by writing and sending your prompt in the "Ask something..." space on the bottom of the platform

Access old conversations

To work with BrightAgent in an old conversation:

  1. Click "BrightAgent" on the left side of the platform

  2. Click "Chat" on the list of options deployed

  3. Select a previous conversation by clicking the three bars icon on the top-left side of the platform
